Audits

A monthly audit keeps the patterns and checks useful:

  1. Review official source URLs and guidance changes.
  2. Run a full scan against representative projects.
  3. Review new, repeated, unresolved, and false-positive findings.
  4. Compare results with native tools.
  5. Sample production and test files, including AI-generated changes.
  6. Revise, downgrade, deprecate, or remove noisy checks.
  7. Record patterns changed, sources reviewed, owners, decisions, and next review date.

Use the monthly audit template. Keep detailed reports in local or CI artifacts.
